I have been cooking from the age of 16, working my way up in London restaurant kitchens. Head Chef at Caviar Kaspia, The White House and Admiral Codrington. Stints
in France and Spain.
I was a Sunday Times ‘One to Watch’ with five others in 1999. Now I cook from home where it’s normally four for supper!
We eat a lot of Asian and Ottelenghi inspired foods at home, normally with my twist, which follow through to my party menus.

After 20 years working in the kitchens of London restaurants I made the move to Hampshire 10 years ago and carry on my passion of cooking.
I cater for lunches, canapé parties, dinners, parties for 40th's, 50th’s and 60th’s and so much more.
Menus are always tailored to your occasion and your likes. They will be inspired by the season, work within your budget and use Hampshire’s finest produce.
